From booking to checkout

Step 3: Arrive
A technician greets you, checks your insurance cards and takes your history.

Step 4: Your exam
About an hour with a doctor of optometry, with a clear explanation of what was found.

Step 5: Checkout
You leave with a copy of your prescription and a note of anything your plan does not pay.
What to bring
Bring these with you
Your glasses and lenses
Every pair you use, and your contact lens box.
Your cards
A photo ID, and your vision and medical insurance cards.
Your medicines
A list of what you take, including eye drops.
Your last records
If you have them, the name of your last eye doctor.
