One practice

The same at every office

A visit in Claremore works like a visit in Jenks. These six things don't change from one office to the next.

  • One number to book

Call (918) 555-0105 and we find the office, the doctor and the time that suit you. Family members can book back to back.

  • One chart

A doctor at one office sees what the last one found. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

  • Your prescription is yours

You get a copy after every exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.

  • Fees explained one way

Every office tells you which part of a visit a vision plan pays, which part medical insurance pays and what is left for you.

    How fees work
  • When your eyes can't wait

Call and tell us what happened. We find the nearest doctor with an opening, or tell you to go to an emergency room.

    Urgent eye care
  • Changing a visit

Call at least a day ahead and we move it to any office with an opening.

Questions

Before you call

Which office should I go to?

Whichever is easiest to reach. Any doctor can see you at the offices where they work, and your chart is the same at every office. The doctor directory shows who sees patients where.

Can the whole family book together?

Yes. Call the main number and ask for back-to-back times at one office. Children and adults are seen at every office.

Do you work with my vision plan?

We work with many vision plans and medical plans. Call with your plan's name and we check before your visit. Your plan decides what it pays.

Can I have a copy of my prescription?

Yes. Your prescription is yours. You get a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.

Can you see the employees of our company?

Yes. Each employee books at the office nearest home or work, and we answer plan questions before the visit. Employers can call the main number to arrange exams for a group.

What if my eyes can't wait?

Call and tell us what happened. For sudden vision loss, a curtain over your vision, an eye injury or a chemical splash, call us now or go to the nearest emergency room.
